Changes to Online Payments
We’re making a change with our online payment platform on August 24th and wanted to update you on what changes are taking place!
First off, the system will look identical to the one you currently use. A majority of the changes are happening behind the scenes and won’t affect your user experience whatsoever. When you access the payment portal for the first time, you will have to create a new account. This is normal and expected! Once you’ve created your account and logged in, the system should save your credentials and you won’t have to login in the future (unless you log out for some reason).
Secondly, it’s likely that the fee for using the new online payment system will be less expensive for you! If you use your debit card to pay, instead of the fee being a percentage of your payment amount, it will be a flat fee of $4.95 per loan. If you have your payment set up as ACH, instead of the $4.00 fee, it will be $1.00!
We’re urging our members to utilize this easy, online portal for their payments. Because we’re able to offer this service, the charge for taking payments over the phone will be $10 per transaction beginning August 24th.
