Financial Assistance Programs Available to FFCU Members:

*Fee-free Skip-A-Pay, up to 2 months
*Line of Credit Loan with credit limits up to $5,000 and 0% APR for the first 6 months from account opening.
*Mortgage Assistance to FFCU members.
*Loan payment late fees may be waived if occurred after March 16th, 2020 through May 18th, 2020.

The IRS has issued the first set of Economic Impact Payments.
To view pending deposits, log into E~Branch Online Banking:

– Click Transactions on the taskbar
– Select Pending Transactions

If there is a pending deposit, you will see the amount and the day the deposit will go into your account.

Scammers will pose as government agencies and financial institutions and ask for personal information to hack your account. Remember the IRS, does not initiate conversations with you via the telephone, email, or text. If someone calls asking for personal information of any type, claiming to be from the IRS or your financial institution, don’t give it to them.

What can you do from home:

-Online banking from your home computer. Transfer funds, submit skip-a-pay (fee-free at this time), check balances, bill pay and much more.

-Mobile Banking from your smartphone. The app allows you to access your accounts, pay bills, remote deposit checks, and check balances.
